The webhost updated the platform websites use to give more features and such. They were supposed to email me a few weeks ahead of time so I could test the site out on the new platform before it went live. Either the email was lost or someone messed up on their end because I didn't find out about the update till the vendors went down and I saw the "Your site has been updated" email in my inbox.

Turns out the CGI system wasn't set up properly so PHP scripts weren't able to run at all, hence the error "The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request." Course they had no idea why it was messing up when I called, so they escalated it to a level 2 tech, saying it could take 24-48 hours to fix.

Took them about 24 hours before the error stopped, then I just had to update the PHP scripts a bit for the new platform setup and the vendors started working again. Good thing is the vendors seem to work faster now, the time it takes for the message to get from the website to the server has significantly reduced, back to how it was when the vendor system was first setup.
